With the intention of extending the Boston harbor upwards and give more space to the public, the building is designed as a ribbon that pull from the ground through different levels of public spaces with restaurants and retail and bringing people a seamless connection between the city and the waterfront.

The design break the mold of the traditional Boston building with an organic design yet still bear resemblance with the city street and its surrounding.
